Welcome to Buy Aromas UK terms and conditions which apply to all orders made through BuyAromasUK.com. Please read through before placing any orders. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Do also read the Privacy Policy regarding your personal information you provide and cookies.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time without notice to you. The current terms and conditions relate to any orders you have made. If you have any questions regarding our terms and conditions then do get in touch using the Contact Us page.
DELIVERY + PACKAGING
UK – We only deliver to the UK and offer both 1st and 2nd class postage options.
INTERNATIONAL – We do not post our products outside the UK at this time.
PACKAGING – All our packaging is discrete and does not feature anywhere the Buy Aromas UK logo or name on it.
PRICE + PAYMENT OPTIONS
We currently use a Store Credit system for buying all products on site. You’ll need to pre-load your Wallet found in the My Account section of the website. This can be pre-loaded using a Credit or Debit card and also Paypal.
All payments to your Wallet via PayPal will show on your bank/card statement as: DIVERSERETA
All prices on the site are the final price you pay plus any delivery charges. Delivery charges will vary depending on size of purchase and class of post chosen at checkout. See Delivery section above for pricing.
RETURNS
In the interest of health and hygiene Aromas cannot be returned once opened. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
Special offers or combinations purchases such as discounted prices for multi packs, shall be refunded at either final price paid if returned in whole, or where part order is returned amount refunded shall be calculated on single prices. (For example “1 bottle for £3.99 or 5 bottles for £17.99” and only four bottles are returned, a refund of £14 shall be made).
Once you’ve returned your order for refund, please allow up to 28 days for this to be processed and refunded. Once refunded an email notice shall be sent to confirm them refund. Please allow 2-3 working days for this refund to show in your Wallet account.
PRODUCTS
We try to display accurate colours of our products on the website but please note colours seem may vary depending on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that colours will be exact as you view on your own screens.
All sizes are indicated in UK sizes.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
Once placed order have been paid and confirmed your order shall be dispatched. No products shall be sent out until full payment has been confirmed with us.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. This may be, for example, result from one of the following:
- The product ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
- The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
- Any customer is under the age of 18 years.
- If we suspect any fraudulent activity
If we encounter any problems with your order we shall contact you via email given on the order. We cannot be help responsible for missed communications that have ended up in your spam folder and recommend checking every now and then for communications from us.
Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been despatched.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
